The Tumble Right 3DH rotary rock tumbler has 8,000 lbs of capacity and can be ready to tumble within 10 minutes of pulling onto even the most remote jobsite.
The 3DH requires only one person to both operate the controls and load with either a loader or forklift.

Drum
The drum is built with quality and longevity in mind. The standard
3/8" drum is designed to take years of abuse. The most popular
upgrade is the 3/4" drum, which ensures drum wear will
not be an issue for the life of the machine.
Drum Stabilizing System
The drum stabilizing system comes standard on every machine and
is built with your safety in mind. The system ensures the drum
is secure when it is in the operating, elevated position.
Trailer Construction
The tumbler is mounted on a rugged and versatile trailer. Heavy
duty axles allow for transportation to the quarry or the yard. The
double axle trailer comes with a brake system. The tumbler can be
pulled with a standard sized pick-up truck rated for the weight of the
machine.
Rotation System
The rotation system is a chain and sprocket system, driven with
a hydraulic motor. The rotation speed is variable. The drive system
is adjustable, durable, and reliable.
Motors
Choose the motor that will work best within your operation.
- Gasoline
The standard gasoline motor is a Robins Subaru. This electric
start motor is durable and reliable, and will serve you well day
after day.
- Diesel
The diesel motor is from Yanmar or Isuzu. This motor gets
better fuel economy than the gasoline motor, and is convenient in most yards and quarries where diesel fuel is
usually more readily accessible.
- Electric
The electric motor is the most reliable and efficient motor system.
The tumbling system requires a minimum of 220 single phase power.
Because power requirements vary by customer, the electrical panel is built to your power
requirements.
- Combination
A combination electric and gasoline or diesel motor system allows
for more versatility, and ensures the use of the most efficient
power source available.
Loading Chute Hydraulic Door
Leave all the work of loading your tumbler to the innovative
loading system, which loads the tumbler with palletized
material or a loader bucket. This durable loading system can
dump up to 3,500 lbs, all with just the lift of a lever. Within 10 minutes
you will have up to 8,000 lbs of product loaded and tumbling. The
door also helps to contain dust and significantly reduces noise.
The door also enables operation of the drum in an elevated
position, necessary for softer materials such as concrete
products, limestone, and sandstone.

The ideal pallet loading solution. This system
loads palletized material faster and safer, due to
the guard walls that extend out from the door.
Waste Grate
While unloading, the heavy-duty waste grate separates waste material from the finished product. This handy waste management tool
keeps waste products contained and the stacking area free of dust and debris.

Waste Conveyor
The waste conveyor is situated underneath the waste grate. This conveyor
throws waste material to the side of the machine for easy disposal.
It also prevents significant build up of waste underneath the tumbler.
This option is recommended in situations where the tumbler will
be stationary for a long time, or operated in a confined working space.

 F3 Finished
Product Conveyor
This sturdy belted chain conveyor will increase your production
and help keep your employees happy. Rather than dumping finished product
into a loader, then moving it away from the tumbler for stacking,
employees can stack directly from the F3 conveyor onto the optionally available pallet jack.
The F3 conveyor
is designed so the tumbler can be loaded and tumbling while the
previous load is on the conveyor being stacked. It not only increases
total production per load, it reduces employee fatigue and injury
due to bending and lifting.

F3 Waste Management Conveyor
This small conveyor saves major headaches by controlling waste build-up under the F3 Finished Product Conveyor. As waste falls between
the flexible steel, belting bars, it is collected onto the waste conveyor. This conveyor then discharges the waste into a container for easy disposal.
